5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Registration, cocktails, raffle, silent auction and formal portraits.
7:00 p.m. ~ 9:15 p.m. Dinner and Formal Program with our keynote speaker: Lt General Robert Caslen, USMA Class of 1975.
Casino, Dancing and Late-Night Bites to follow program until Midnight.

Parents, please help with this! The Cadets and Midshipmen will need to bring home their Ball uniforms/dress mess.
Cadets and Midshipmen can bring a change of clothes for after the military program!
When you first arrive, you will need to visit your Academy's registration table to receive your registration envelope which includes:
- Table Number Assignment: Your table number will be printed on the outside of your envelope.
- Drink Tickets: Each member of your party will receive 2 complimentary drink tickets to be used at the bar which will also be a cash bar. A complimentary champagne & sparkling cider toast will occur during the program
- Name Tents: Your envelope will contain a name tent for each attendee that will have the menu item ordered and whether you will have a Champagne or cider for the toast. Please place in front of your plate.
There is complimentary valet parking and reduced rate self parking for the All Academies Ball. You will need to pick up your valet parking ticket at the registration tables at the ball.
Your dinner table assignment number is located on the outside of your registration envelope. We will honor as many seating requests as possible. Please be seated by 7:00 p.m.
Military Branch themed corn hole will be available as a raffle! You can purchase tickets for $10 each during the cocktail hour. The winner of the corn hole from the branch that sells the HIGHEST number of tickets also wins a bottle of Bulleit Bourbon! Go Army! Go Navy! Go Air Force!
A silent auction will be available for bidding until 7:00 p.m.
Formal and roaming photography will be provided by Austin Kehmeir. You can access your photos after the ball at the following link:

Formal portraits will be taken during the cocktail hour and again after the program. The portrait photographer will be located outside of the ballroom.
A roaming photographer will also be taking photos which will be available for purchase from the same link.
An engraved bourbon glass is located at each place setting to take home as a memento of the evening. Additional glasses will be available for purchase while supplies last for $5 during the cocktail reception.
